We sometimes handle this through depression and anxiety. They can leave us feeling isolated, unable to cope and lacking hope for the future. We can help you explore your feelings and work with you to form personal strategies that will form the building blocks to wellness.

When I first came to see Helen I was feeling so bad that I didn't know how to get through each day.Over the weeks we worked together she helped me understand myself better; where I had been really hard on myself instead of giving myself the compassion that I give others. Now I can see where I go around in circles with my negative thinking and I am changing that to much more positive thoughts- the result is that now I have hope for myself and my future.
